This intermediate course focuses on the key role of the leader in sports governance in delivering and supporting effective governance. It is designed to benefit those who have begun to establish their governance role or function and are seeking to further their impact. It is a progression from the Essential Sports Governance course and addresses core activities and key governance milestones, before looking more deeply at board craft.
Effective Chairing Skills
Developed for executives and chairs of boards, this one-day course develops the core chairing skills of confidence, assertiveness and time management.
