Geraldine is the Director of Welfare & Safe Sport at British Gymnastics

Dr Nathan Eisenstadt is a Senior Research Associate at University of Bristol Medical School, Domestic Violence and Health Group specialising in prevention and response to gender-based violence, with a focus on men, boys and masculinity.

Dr Rachel Fenton is an Associate Professor in Law at the University of Exeter and a national expert on bystander programming for the prevention of harmful behaviours, sexual violence, sexual harassment and domestic abuse

Emily Ford is a Policy Adviser at the Chartered Governance Institute, working with government, regulators and stakeholders to promote good governance. Her two priority areas are the role of governance in successful ESG strategies across all sectors, and the effective governance of not-for-profit organisations.

Emma joined the Ann Craft Trust in May 2022 as Head of the Safeguarding Adults in Sport Team.

Tom is Assistant Director of Deloitte's Sports Business Group, leading the work on environmental, social and governance (ESG) initiatives.

Eve Joseph is the Head of Social Impact at British Triathlon. She is responsible for creating and implementing the organisation's social impact strategy focusing on Sustainability and ED&I.

Sam Little is Head of Sport Services at CMP Solutions, working across the professional sport sector to deliver a range of conflict management services such as mediation and investigations.

Denise is the Environmental Sustainability Lead at Sport England

Caragh is a former Olympic rower and the Founder and Director of Neurodiverse Sport CIC. She uses her experiences of overcoming adversity as an Autistic athlete to help athletes, their coaches and managers to reach a mutually beneficial understanding and working methodology and ultimately maximise athlete and team performance and wellbeing.  

Darnelle Morgan-Johnson is the current Vice Chair for Active Lambeth & Programme Manager for Basketball England.

Hasan is the Head of Governance and Compliance at CIMSPA, having joined in 2022. He is responsible for good Governance, Internal Compliance, Complaints and Risk.

As Chair of the CIMSPA Youth Panel, Abhishek is keen to use his passion and lived experiences with ED&I to work towards a more inclusive sport sector for young people.

Liza Ware joined the NSPCC Child Protection in Sport Unit (CPSU) in March 2018 after 20 years’ experience in front line Child Protection and Children’s Rights work.
