He designed and delivered a change management process to drive a culture shift in regional governance which is delivering impressive results to date. He has also worked with the Sports Governance Academy to design a bespoke governance training programme to support CFA Boards, Councils and Executives to adopt the Code. He has also delivered specific projects on Board Recruitment and Evaluation processes underpinning the governance transformation across the regional network.
Prior to working in football, Chris was involved in the European Sporting Goods Industry, working for several brands internationally, developing technical product lines for distribution.
Outside of work, Chris is a Nottingham Forest supporter and is a follower of sport in general. He is also an active cyclist, walker, and occasional skier. Chris enjoys precious family time, an integral part of which is walking Ted, the family’s pet Labrador!
