Trixie Marchant

Trixie is the Senior Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Adviser at UK Sport where she provides technical leadership on EDI matters in sport, advising internally and across the UK high-performance sports system.

In collaboration with Home Country Sports Councils, she worked on the review of the Code for Sports Governance in 2021, is a member of the Sports Council Equality Group (SCEG) which is currently revising the Equality Standard for Sport and leads implementation of UK Sport’s activity in response to the recommendations of the review into Tackling Racism and Racial Inequality in Sport (TRARIIS).

Previously a career diplomat, Trixie held a wide range of operational, administrative and leadership roles in the UK and overseas.

A lover of the great outdoors, she is a fair weather watersports enthusiast and all year round walker.
