Darnelle Morgan-Johnson is the current Vice Chair for Active Lambeth & Programme Manager for Basketball England. She has a passion for creating inclusive environments and opportunities for all which drives her to integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion principles into all work.
Darnelle’s true strength lies in the ability to foster strong stakeholder and relationship management, with the belief that cultivating positive relationships with all stakeholders, whether they be clients, partners, or colleagues, is vital for long-term success.
She has a wealth of experience, having worked for organisations such as the NBA, Commonwealth Games, Wembley Stadium and West Ham United. Focusing on Generation Alpha, Generation Z, Strategic implementation, Fan engagement, Consumer behaviours to name a few.
Darnelle strives to build trust and collaborative partnerships, with the understanding that these relationships are essential to achieving shared objectives.
