Effective Chairing Skills

Aimed at organisation chairs, this one-day course develops the core chairing skills of confidence, assertiveness and time management. Participants will be equipped with a framework for effective leadership, approaches for improving boardroom participation, managing difficult situations and overcoming barriers to good decision making.

Rob is a management training and development consultant and a member of the Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland.

Through TMF Training he specialises in the design and delivery of a range of management workshops, seminars and training courses tailored to the needs of both large corporations and small businesses. Together with Rob Robson, Philip has been delivering courses through TMF over a number of years and to a variety of audiences, both nationally and internationally.
