Effective Minute Taking

Taking minutes can be hard. Vague agendas. Ambiguous agreements. An unskilled chair. All these can make the taking of an accurate record a daunting task.
This practical and interactive one-day online course provides a toolkit of skills which will boost your confidence in the writing and presenting of accurate minutes.
By the end of the day you will understand:
- Why minutes are kept and the issues that can occur
- How to take accurate minutes, and deal with the issues above
- Techniques for effective communication, relationship building and dealing with discord
- Essential communication skills
You will also receive a delegate pack containing comprehensive course notes and presentation slides.
