Are you aware of an outstanding sports governance project that has made a significant impact? This award recognises projects that have demonstrated positive change in the governance space with the sports and physical activity sector.

This award celebrates and recognises those individuals who have made a positive and sustained contribution to governance in their organisation, who have gone above and beyond to encourage, support and raise awareness of good governance. They may have built powerful relationships with a variety of stakeholders, or taken on a project that had a materially positive impact, or demonstrated effective leadership in the achievement of departmental and organisational objectives.

The Huddle is the SGA's online community platform where those who are involved in sports governance - or just interested in it - can share their experiences, thoughts and best practice, discuss issues in the sector, and connect with their peers.

Once again, in 2025 we celebrated the fantastic work being delivered across sports governance and showcased the dedication, talent and achievements of the SGA community.
