November's annual conference will see the second year of the SGA Awards. We want to celebrate the fantastic work being delivered across sports governance and showcase the dedication, talent and achievements of the SGA community.
This year we will have 3 categories with the addition of Sports Governance Project of the Year.
Nominations are now open and you can both submit on your own behalf or nominate someone else.

The Sports Governance Academy (SGA) is the governance support hub for the sports and physical activity sector. We champion good governance because we are passionate about the role it plays in enabling the success of individual organisations and the sector as a whole.

The SGA is a unique partnership between The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland and Sport England. The Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity are a strategic partner, providing a vital link with the sector. We also work closely with UK Sport, ensuring that our resources and services meet the needs of the full range of sports organisations across the nation.
